do some research on the sources with the buttons at the top of the page... you can get all of your answers there !!! one other bit of advise I could give you is get you profile page filled in... one big rule is no stats no advice... after you research the sources then hit their source page not review page and ask inteligent questions and you will get some help that way.. after you fill in your stats FR me and I can give you some of my experience!!
