Cottage Cheese Omelet

Anyone ever tried it?

Five egg whites, one yolk, onions, tomatos and low-fat cottage cheese. I'm bored of plain eggs! Chicken and rice don't even help much any longer... plus rice has to go very shortly.

you know whats up shirl. I usually use 1/2 cup egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 125g ff cottage cheese and salsa, quick easy and damn tasty.

I've tried it and hated it? I sprinkle a lil sharp cheddar shreds. 1 carb and lower sodium Than cottage cheese

U did not state ur goals or what u r trying to do gain or slim down. I am trying to gain weight. Not water weight. Sodium makes me retain water bad. I use 1 dozen egg whites and a sprinkle of sharp cheddar for flavor. Not a full serving. About 1/4 of a serving. This equals 45g sodium. I don't worry about the 2g of fat and this is .25g of carb.

U can always try plain No fat greek yogurt and some salsa too? That's Not too bad at all. I just didn't like hot cottage cheese? It had a funny texture to me. I can eat almost anything flavor wise, but texture is what gets me.

I might give that a try.. I just scrambled my eggs up and threw cottage cheese in them.. others around me were dry heaving.. I kinda liked it LOL
