When I'm blasting I usually run 80mg telmisartan and keeps me 120/60 ish. Rather than 150-160/85-95

My bp runs a little high but mostly manageable. Work gets real excited if certain things are off with me though and bp is one of them. This stuff acts pretty fast so if they spring something on me I can make sure I’m good in relatively short order
