Question for Gym Rats/Vets/Newbies

ad

NEWBIES

If your a newbie and you go to the gym everyday and everyday you see these MASSIVE guys who are obviously on the juice...and you want to ask them questions about there cycle, nutrition, supplements, workout ECT.. How do you guys go and approach these guys who are obviously juicing?

VETS/GYM RATS

What would you guys do if someone you DONT know came up to you in a gym and asked you about your nutrition, supplements, died AND JUICE..

would you give them the inside scoop?

Does anyone have any stories of people coming up to them in the gym and asking about/for juice?

My first cycle is coming up soon, 6-12months away, been training for nearly 4 years and I would never walk up to someone I don't know and ask those kinds of questions. When I am talking about juice with guys I actually know in the gym, 90% of the time I find that I actually know more than the person who is actually injecting themselves, I hear "what's an AI" "PCT, nah I don't do that" "I run my Nolva for two weeks" "I've done Tren too"this last quote was a 23 yr old on his 5-6th cycle. Even with nutrition, half of the m don't even count their macro's

im honest to certain degree, when i go into the gym its the same guys everyday. they all know better. i tell them there is lots of resources online. just spend some time looking. i dont tell anywhere where to get anything nor do i promote using aas. i will answer questions if asked but never to someone i dont know. if its a stranger, i say,

"its all creatine and peanut butter!"

For me to be in this situation I would have to take out my ear buds... and that never happens. Not to be a dick, but gym time is my time. I see juiced guys in my gym and they set my goals. I'm sure in the same sense there's a newb that will eventually find eroids in an attempt to figure out out what the hell I'm doing. Some things just go unsaid.

i would never go up and ask some one i think its stupid you dont know this guy and then you just walk up and ask him how he got big i would rather figure it out for my self

I don't mind helping people out if they are respectful with how they approach the topic. I've had people just flat out come at me with the old "hey man, what cha take to get like that? I know it ain't no creatine and protein, cause I take that and I don't look like you". That's the type I shrug off and ignore. Anyone else who has common sense and gym etiquette, I help. I'm not a gear mule though. I'll tell them where they can get it, but I'm not getting it for them.

I remember years ago I was a scrawny newbie and I went up to the biggest ripped guy in the gym.. I'd seen big guys but this guy looked like a statue and I just said what do you eat and how do you train.. He gave me a good routine.. Looking back he was clearly on a lot juice.. He was pushing action hero size..

years later as one of the big guys now I have people who come up to me and ask questions.. I don't bring up steroids but if they say anything that hints they're thinking about it.. I fill them in on all the things that can go wrong if misused.. which usually leads to them researching how to stop the nasty sides.. Scare them into researching I guess.. If they tell me "Well this big jacked turd does (insert retarded cycle with no PCT or AI here) and he's huge!!" I usually take a look point out the growing gyno.. balding.. acne.. prlly a limp dick.. If they take his advice well.. I can't feel bad for them.. Otherwise it's all nutrition and exercise talk.
