Stopping bac water from shooting in when reconstituting

I really don't know what to search for with this question to get the answer I am after and most of the reconstituting articles don't mention it.
I am using 2ml of bac water in a 2ml barrel and injecting it into a 10iu hgh vial. Even holding the syringe like a mad man the bac water just shoots in and I am getting worried I am destroying my growth. Any suggestions?

Step 7:
Be very careful that there is no vacuum from the difference in pressure with the atmosphere and the pressure within the vial. To combat this, inject the amount (ml) into the vial before withdrawing that same amount (ml).

Why are you using so much? All you need is 1ml. Point the needle tip towards the side.
or another way would be to slip a sling pin in with no stopper and then dispense your bac water with another pin.. hope that helps you!!!
Its a vacuum sealed vial. Inject 1 or 1.5 ml of air into the vial before reconstituting.
