How often do you guys have a cheat meal?

I usually try to limit them once every week or two, but even when I do that I feel like a fuckin loser after my cheat lol. How often do you guys cheat and what's your go to cheat meal, I need some new ideas Smile

I don't see anything wrong with a cheat meal once a week. Especially after an intense workout, I love grabbing something I have been craving on the way home. If not that, then I just eat a Sunday dinner over my ex-inlaws, im back together with her, so her parent like when I stop by. Plus they cook some good ass Italian food, which can be tasty, but high in carbs. I wouldn't even consider eating a nice steak a cheat meal, as long as I ate it with veggies.

maybe once every 4-5 days :D, but take care to hit the gym next day

If on cycle I started eating whatever I want just making sure to get enough protein in...if bp goes up or a bit if bloat hits I watch salt for a day or two hit that's about it. If cutting I go with a cheat meal once a week

but yeah once a week, sometimes twice.

i dont plan to cheat, i just do when i feel i cant stand it any longer.1-3 times a week, but then i usually do tons of cardio the next day to even it all out.

Up until the EBC I was having a cheat meal every 4 days or so, i.e. pizza, street tacos, homemade hamburger.
I have noticed that I've lost some endurance that I used to have in the gym but that might be due to stress and limited time.

Depends on ur goals and how serious u r about this sport. A cheat meal every now and then is good for sanity. I start going nuts when i eat low carbs for long period of time combined with running.

I cheat once a month or an even longer period. I don't crave many "bad" things fortunately as I don't eat out or drink, etc.... So my "cheat meal" becomes a good amount of almond butter or 100% whole wheat sweet potato pies lol

Mann most of the time I have a cheat meal once a week, mainly Sunday while cooking my meals for the next 4 days but its all about the results your trying to get an how fast you want them! Some people just don't cheat at all
