Now, posted below: Main picture shows that I am now under 39" and sworn to finish EBC with 34" waste or less. My final summer goal is 32" but I have to keep the EBC goal real.

AND MAINTAINING BMI! Anyone can waste themselves to nothing, lose about 40-pounds and get tiny, but I want an over 30 BMI with 32" waste.l
