Cardio ! On dbol and serious pumps

Wow today I did legs and I feel it was productive I got some of the worse pumps in calves ever in my life felt like someone twisting my shit lol loved it ! I also did a shirt session of cardio and I did just fine ! So it is possible so far to do cardio on dbol worse case ill have to fast walk my cardio if it gets to hard to jog and walk and repeat !!! I just wanted to share this with y'all a d tell y'all you can do cardio on dbols

I took dbol and Test prop for thirty days back when i was 20 yr old, did pharma 100mg prop and 30mg dbol ED 30 days, got 15lbs that all dropped off bc my "trainer" was so knowledgeable he forgot bout pct .

anyways I remember one night not even being able to hold the pads for him to demonstrate a kick BC my arms so pumped i couldn't really bend them to hold the pads right!

God now I look back I must of been full of estrogen too, ahhh guess the guy meant well just didn't know the right way to do a cycle.
He had me immediately 2 week pct nolva only and then do another 30 day run ,with another two week nolva only pct *(
the only thing that saved me was I used a different oral this time (superdrol) w/ TP 100mg ED;put the 15 back on an kept it.
that was my first cycle experience, then i took 4 years off (in school) and just got back ON the correct way this time!

damn. that sucks. luckily for me my first "intentional" run was coached very well. i say intentional because before that, the dumbass running the gym i went to, who was a personal trainer, and a couple other morons had me run superdrol before it was banned. they had no idea it was actually a steroid, let alone a pretty strong one, and neither did i. i blame myself for not researching it more, but i was just getting into supplements and all that and just trusted what they said. did 5 weeks of superdrol, took it all wrong, no support supps so i just felt like shit the entire time, and no pct. after it was all said and done, i lost 9 pounds from it. live and learn. thank god i found this place.

At least it sparked my interest , had always really interested anyways but 20 was too young
I'm 25 now and think if your athletic type it's a good time to start small if your prepared for it of course and been training and diet is good already !
30yrs +is ideal though

i get crazy calf pumps just walking past the treadmill on dbol. it sucks

the worst ones are when im late for class and have to walk fast all the way across campus. one time i had to just give up and sit down.

haha yea I get that too. If I'm walking in a group on campus and my calves cramp up I will stop and say look over there at the bird (or some shit like that) just to get 3 seconds of rest for my calves. Thats how bad the calf cramps get hahaha

If i get bad pumps on the treadmill I usually just jump on an elliptical and keep off my toes. I always run on an incline so I get pumps in my calves like crazy too.
