+ 11 3 week update bulk!

That's right lady's and gents on week 3 ofmy bulk up to 193 from 185. No orals. Just pure diet and test. My deca and eq have not kicked in yet but when they do I should break 200 easy! Thanks to naps for helping me out and for supplying great gear! Muta as well...amazing gear! And actually each day is getn easier and easier to reach my cal goals right now I hit between 5500-6000 and I hope by week twelve I can reach the 7500 mark but we will see. Once my eq kicks in that should help to get the extra cals in. But damn! 230+ that's a big boy! I hope to reach that by this time next year. High set goal but I'm sure ill break 215 by then. Your advice is always appreciated!
