+ 11 3 week update bulk!

That's right lady's and gents on week 3 ofmy bulk up to 193 from 185. No orals. Just pure diet and test. My deca and eq have not kicked in yet but when they do I should break 200 easy! Thanks to naps for helping me out and for supplying great gear! Muta as well...amazing gear! Hell ya brother! Thank you! And actually each day is getn easier and easier to reach my cal goals right now I hit between 5500-6000 and I hope by week twelve I can reach the 7500 mark but we will see. Once my eq kicks in that should help to get the extra cals in. But damn! 230+ that's a big boy! I hope to reach that by this time next year. High set goal but I'm sure ill break 215 by then. Your advice is always appreciated!

Thank you masta! I have switched up some routines and they seem to be working well! I can't wait till week 12 man. But each day is a learning experience. Thank you I will get the good results If I can keep eatin like this lol.

Will do! I've been incorporating it in with a base nutrition and it really helps get those extra cals.

Saw a training video where the dude recommended instead of crossing your arms over the bar, to use wrist straps around the bar and pull up on them. It keeps your shoulders up and back.
