My lady needs to lose fat

Hello, first time posting in this area cause I need some help 
My lady needs to lose 20 lbs, currently she is 148 lbs, goes to gym once a week, has improved her diet lately but results are almost none. She is a litl discouraged and maybe you can help her. Thank you.

Once a week isn't enough really...I'm there 5 days a week with my husband and am seeing modest results. Also if her diet isn't in check, the could be a huge problem! Once I got use o eating SMALL portions regularly, it made a huge difference.

I don't want to sound like a bitch... but she goes to the gym once a week? ? how does she expect to lose weight going to the gym once a week? what does improved diet mean and for how long? how far is she willling to go to get some results and how hard will she work? I d be more than happy to help and have a great diet that will strip off the fat but it isn't for someone who isn't willing to follow it..

Get her to set up an account, if she doesn't want to post anything at least she can read the forums. My guy would leave his account open on the ipad and I would look around and read. It's much better being able to throw in some input and also ask a few questions.
I've lost a little over 10 founds in the last month or so. I work out at least three times a week, more if I can fit it in. I personally wouldn't want to do an hour on the stair stepper if I was only in the gym once a week. Have her do some weight training in the beginning and then shoot for good finish on the stair stepper. I changed my diet to Subway everyday for lunch (only cause it's free) and I've cut out almost all sweets. For a treat I have a bowl of cereal (lucky charms!).Breakfast is so important and a snack in between... We tend to think that if we are eating we are getting fat, you've got to assure her that eating more times a day doesn't mean eating more, She doesn't need to drink any soda... Mostly no diet sofa, if your not diabetic it confuses the pancreas and your body does all sorts of crazy stuff. Also, have her take a probiotic because I've found that most women do not use the bathroom as often as they should. Water, Water and more Water. If she's feeling bloated tell her to grab an over the counter diuretic. Lastly, have her sit in the sauna to get her body in the habit of sweating. Women use so many products to keep from sweating that our body seems to stop for the most part. Sweating is also a great way to get that extra water out, and that bloating around the time aunt flow visits.
Increase her metabolism by making her eat 5-6 times/day(healthy snacks between meals not junk shit) and not high caloric meals before bed along with lots of cardio 4-5 times/week for about 45-60 mins will do the trick & even a low dose of Clen...
My girl lost 11 pounds already & the best part is when she puts her clotes & they are loose as hell, specially jeans/dresses.
Stair stepper 1 hour a day 4 days a week. High Protein diet. Drink only water.
