I did bod pod, water displacement, skin caliper, and electrical impedance body fat tests all in one afternoon a few months back, and each test had me coming in under 9% even though I'm nowhere near that shredded. I look like ~13. Was shocked at my results. Been confused about BF% ever since. The guy testing me said it could be how my fat is distributed. No idea... but I never tell ppl I'm 8% cuz I know what the reaction would be lol. Time to do a dexa scan!

I'd say if this is to go by I'm 8-9% at the moment. Will be around 5-6% during the summer. I'd love to have the water based bf test, seems to give the most accurate results from what I've read.

Hmmm....I've listed myself at 8% based on caliper tests at gym. I round down too...lol. But I look alot like the 10-12 guy. Probably a little more muscle. Great reference though. Women look fine as hell all the way up to 25....even 30.

Now to me it seems the 25% guy has more muscle mass than the 20% guy. I take it the extra muscle is not factored into the %? And yes, I am in between them two, lol

Well most guys under estimate. Hell in looking at profiles here the majority list BF at 12-15%. But when you look at profile pics you can see the difference. The whole idea with the post is to give you a visual of what 15% looks like or 10%. The photo's are based on 25-35 yr old if your older and look like the guy in the 15% picture your body fat % is actually higher.

You see you hit the nail on the head. It may be at one time we were at that bf% and still see ourselves there but reality sucks sometimes Rule of thumb if you can't see your abs your not at 15%
