I'm sitting here listening to ESPN radio talk about Alex Rodriguez and these new allegations of steroid use at a Florida clinic. Supposedly, there's records of when he was injected, how much, and what compound he used. How can a guy be so dumb as to have a paper trail tied to his PED use? Does he not know about anonymous mail ordering? I take a great deal of precaution to cover my ass in this game. I just can't fathom how some one with that much to lose can be such an idiot about his steroid use, and he's not the only one implicated in this recent scandal. Anyways, just something I was thinking about and has me shaking my head.

CleyonIt's funny to me that on this site, where we know a lot more about steroids than the average person, we still get all excited about "cheating". Does anyone here really believe that it's cheating when everyone else is doing it?
I wasn't pointing out anything about him cheating. Hell I played professional baseball a long time ago and I juiced. I just thought it was hilarious that he would allow himself to get caught that way when all he needed to do was get on here and have his goods sent to a buddies house or something. It's not cheating if everyone is doing it. It's fair game in my opinion.
I don't think anyone here thinks its cheating. But I also don't believe everyone is doing it maybe just about 80-90% of them. Some people do have a natural superhuman ability. Personally I think all pro sports should embrace them. After all the major sports leagues are businesses and the goal of business should be to put out the best product possible. It would create a level playing field for those that choose to use AAS and the small minority that had God given talent will still have their talent to reach that elite level. I mean baseball's popularity spiked when guys were knocking em out left and right. Would most people rather watch a slugfest or 1-0 13 inning defensive snoozer?
I totally agree. Baseball players hate seeing those high scoring games, but the fans love it. I love the game. Played it for as long as my body would let me. But I'll be the first to admit it can be boring as hell at times, especially for the casual fan who may not appreciate the subtleties and nuances of the game. Plus what was the saying, chicks dig the long ball?

Not surprised. In my opinion 3 out of every 4 professional athletes use steroids or other PED's.
So many drugs you can run without being detected. Like HGH or IGF-1 LR3... How do you test that? Its only in your system for 3 days. And even then do they actually give blood tests for IGF serum? No most tests are for regular steroids like test/deca/eq/winstrol etc.

The places in Florida seem to bill themselves as anti aging clinics, I contacted one before I turned to the black market and they get big bucks, but basically set you up on a cycle with a script. Although that still doesnt make it legal in the world of pro sports, but I can deffinitely see why an A rod would go that route.

He was also on the tren train. I do have mad respect for his trainer Greg Anderson this guy went to jail for Barry never tossed him under the bus. I hope Barry made things right for these actions.
I have no doubt he took care of Anderson. Funny thing about him was he actually had his doctor come to the jail to inject his TRT dose. The guy stayed pretty jacked the whole time.
