I just tell people its all about nutrition, 6-8 meals a day, but my mom who is a nurse was actually the only person to straight up call me out when she saw some acne on my shoulders

If you do it right they will!!!! It depends on bodytype goals etc i was already a big strong guy when i started so it was easier for me to hide it

Test only, eat clean, keep up cardio and make sure to use an ai so you don't bloat. I've always been skinny and have stayed lean. I still have gotten comments like, looking buff, you been working out? hittin the weights huh? etc... one or two people said something about roids, I just laughed like it was a joke, and said " hell yeah, juicin up kehd! " in a sarcastic manner.

It's unfortunate there is the negative stigma around steroids due to the fact that people don't know the facts, only what they hear in the media. It's difficult to get someone to accept what we know.

Of course they will. They'll be like DAMN you getting big! .
All you gotta say is "ya must be my new diet and training routine"..
Its wise not to tell anyone ..
You really dont wanna seem like some sort of pinhead..And when family is concern they will give you no support. This is the kinds of things no mother would accept.
Take my advice. Keep you mouth locked and your ears open. You will learn tons.

Steroids are performance enhancing drugs, so if your performance is absolutely poor then you can't really enhance that performance too much. However, if your performance is excelling then this will be magnified, especially if your diet, training and recovery is in check it will be obvious, yes.
