I actually know a doctor that had totally seperated his shoulder and was told it needed surgury, he put himself on a fairly agressive cycle and six weeks later the surgeon couldn't believe what the MRIs showed him.
You say "That's amazing!" And I say, yes it is, but he also did other things. Like let it rest. Your shoulder is never going to heal if you keep aggrivating it. In order to get it to heal you have to give it time to heal.
Until you've done that for a time, do not even think about adding a substance to cure the injury.
