I run my fkn arse off and was able run much further much faster whilst on his test e! I havnt done bloods and didnt gain much weight at all for the fact i wasnt training to gain weight i was training for endurance and it was definatly worthwhile running his gear. I was up probably 5 kilos by week 6 and thats when i really put the effort into my 5k jogs.. I did alot of short burst sprints every half k for 100-200 metres or so and before the gear i was really fkn struggling to run the 5k without having a good spew nearly everytime! Im not gonna say its rubbish its far from rubbish! Theres just cheaper options imo. Thats all i ment by it..
