+ 1 What is good to take besides Winni to cut down bloating from Test????

I have been running Test E 600mg a week for 6 weeks and i have severe facial bloating. I am looking to take something that cut down as much water weight as possible. I would prefer not to take winni though.
Any suggestions for me????

AnonSounds like a classic case of a dude injecting himself blindly. Its funny, before I got in to this project of mine, I had the strange missconception that steroid users were all puffy and bloated looking, because of so many dudes doing this same thing as you.
So no worries though, its only been a few weeks, you should be able to recover. You are retaining water because you are prolly about to menstruate . Your estro is probably higher than your GF's.
A week of AI and you should be able to cut that bloat down significantly.
What ever you do, do NOT go adding winstrol in to your mix !

I believe their point is it really looks like this guy is not using an AI.. which is a much bigger deal then him taking something for bloat.. bloat is the least of his problems if he been screwing around without an AI
So we can just assume that all the guys on here have good diets and know about ai's and how to cycle. Why does this forum exist then? You said in answer to his question about bloat, with no mention of diet or ai, 'lots of ephedrine'. Not even a specific amount, just 'lots'.
As far as I know we don't assume the above at all and your advise could be dangerous. If we established he's diet is low sodium etc and is actually on an ai then other suggestions from personal experience would be great.

i love adex for keeping the water weight off me. Try some bengay on your face (not kidding), its used a lot precontest to reduce bloat

scootertrampSir, your posted bp isn't low. You haven't posted your weight, height, body fat or cycle proposal. It is impossible to assist without the whole truth.

scootertrampI must have missed his origional post. What was his aromatse inhibitor? What was his cycle length? What is his post cycle therapy? How many days from cycle to his post cycle therapy? I have lost my extra sensory perception.
But one thing is very obvious. And that is when a steroid user has no idea on what causes bloat, he's more than likely needing assistance in other areas as well. And only the poster man can help in those questions.
Lol please get off your pedestal and you would do well to lose the condescending attitude. All the information that was needed to tell him he needs an AI, was there. Stats are in the profile, he's on week 6 of a test E cycle at 600mg. No mention of an AI...so what does he need? an AI. Could you ask him if he has his PCT sorted out? Absolutely. But saying that all the info you needed to give a suggestion wasn't there is wrong. Did you want him to send you a fecal sample as well, just so you have all the information "needed"?

Up your water intake, no sodium, start adex or aro, and for pete's sake, monitor your got damn BP (blood pressure) ... I'm not one for saying "Do your research" ... but you should have been prepared add 1/2 cup vinegar to 1 gallon water to help bring bp down

Aromasin or adex. Aromasin is my ai. It sounds like you don't have an ai to hand. You got a pct sorted? It sounds like you are completely unprepared for steroids and need to do a lot of reading.
Chuck up your full cycle including pct bud. Lets make sure your not screwing yourself up here.
