Default - Use Group's defaults.
i know we've been waiting to work out the details of how to manage this group etc. but i'm chomping at the bit over here to see some of you guys layouts.
I've never ran a true bulker believe it or not. I started out using AAS due to low t symptoms that popped up at the age of 29. For a while it was just test to alleviate those symptoms - not really hitting the gym. Eventually, I started hitting the gym and going a lil harder on the juice. Bad cycle advice turned into bad decisions, etc. We live and we learn..
So, with that being sad, I'm curious to see some of you guys bulker layouts. Here's one that I'm leaning towards for next year:

Maybe its bcuz im on my iphone brother but i cant see the compound layout is the dosage eq/deca/test???? And youre kickin with prop, frontloading the deca, and tapering with short esters of said compounds??
Anonyeah, bro. the phone throws off the layouts for some reason..
i like test/eq as a base, but i've thought about pulling out eq all together. ideally, i would think test/tren either NPP or tren e with an ace kicker. i'm not a fan of tren, personally. either way, i'd finish off with masteron and anavar.
I personally utilize alot of tren for pre comp so i kinda stay away from it in the off season i tend to lean more towards eq over deca but like them both have you considered 1-test cyp bro its great for a lean bulk!!
Anonactually, bro... it completely slipped my mind. i've never ran it, but had been reading up on it a lil while back before getting sidetracked.
so, what's your opinion on stacking with 1-test? test/deca/1-test?
Ok brudda if i was gonna run test and 1- test with nandrolone id use nnp something like this off the top of my head (keep in mind i havent thought this out lol):
Test e- 500-600 ew
1- test 750-800 ew
Kick 1st 4-6 weeks nnp 100 eod
Then if you wana taper the back end with mast p and var youd be ready i actually really like this layout so ima study on it some might be my off season lean bulk although id prolly throw some t-bol or d-bol n on the front side
Anoncool. i was thinking something like:
1-4 prop 150 eod
1-6 tbol 50 ED
1-16 sust 750
1-16 1-test 500
1-12 deca 400
14-19 mast p 100 eod
14-19 var 75 ED
16-19 prop 100 eod
but i suppose i could swap the deca for 6 weeks on NPP.
Yea bro I really like it our only difference is the deca for nnp and everyone has their own preferences i jus dont like the long estered deca hangin around and i like the leanness and hardness of the nnp we have similar tastes n gear tho
Anonright on. i meant to take out that prop kicker. chose sust at 750 so it can be pinned m/w/f. no real need for the kicker there IMO
Yea good point i dont kick test much bcuz i cruise neway but i like the kick-taper with other compounds im really lookin forward to tryin sum bold ace soon have you tried it??
Anonno bro. i haven't tried it. i had originally planned on running it as a kicker to my next cycle (starts tomorrow), but decided to opt out and frontload instead. rumor has it that it's painful as shit - in its own category of PIP.
Yea i heard that i planned on cutting it with sumthin and heating it with competing i jus dont have time to run a 16 week eq run to bulk ill let u kno when i give it a try im gettin ready to hit the gym but ima try to post my full pre-show run up within a day or two so ull hafta give me ur opinion
