Anonsecond test down called "Complete Thyroid test" seems to be what you want.

I didn't think this one checked thyroid levels.
I used this test "Thyroid TSH w/ Free T4 & Free T3" to try to baseline my T3 and T4 levels as I was considering adding T4 supplementation and to check for hyper and hypothyroidism. There are other more comprehensive tests, but this is the one I chose.
This is the one I was considering. Did it tell you if your levels were low/high?
yes it does specify a normal range if that is what you are asking...but in my case the levels still happened to be in range.
Yes that is what I was asking. Thanks.
If you read the "more info" on this test it is used to check for hyper and hypothyroidism. If there were any anomalies then I would have possibly considered more in depth testing. At this point I'm reluctant to do any supplementation as it's the thyroid I'd be mucking around with. If it's not broken do I really want to mess with it? That's not to say I won't do this down the road however. I will continue to use hgh and if my test results change as I get older and start to dip toward the lower end of the spectrum at least I will know what my levels were before and have better information to consider doing something about it.

I didn't ask the name of the lab, but rather the name of the specific test.
