first T3/clen 6wk
Here is a short 6 wk T3/ clen to drop some bf before I start my cycle 1 month after the completion of this. Calories will be 2500 to 2700, depending on energey levels. Protein (@350g dly) Fish, chicken, lean ground beef, eggs, whey shakes, cottage cheese: Carbs (@125g dly) potatoes, brown rice, oats, broccoli, asparagus, pineapple chunks: Fats (@80g dly) flaxseeds, walnuts, all natural peanutbutter, fish oils.
*1.5-2 gallons of water!
I opted for Ketotifen because I have read that definately cleans receptors, Benedryl had mixed reviews.
I am 6'2" starting out at @17-18% bf/ 265lbs.

post2 week ECA stack with Bronkaid. (i am doing a generic 2 wk ECA. I wasnt sure if this is needed though)
I have Topamax (migraine med. on hand if needed for headaches)
workouts 5 x days supersets 8 sets larger muscles, 10 for smaller. (@ 60 sec rest periods)
cardio 4-5 days wk at slower steady rate @75 MHR. I will be monitoring my BP every day.
I woudl greatly appreciate any advice or input. I may be over looking something. I wrote this with my crazy kids running around. I have Daddy duty today......I will not be starting until Monday 1/21 so there is time to read input from you guys. you guys are awesome with the amount of knowledge you know and advice.

cutting this cycle short. A week ago I started with bad water retention in my lower legs. I was not taking an Ai, but started after sympstoms. At the end of the day, its bad with some throbbing. At night I elavate my legs and its gone in the morning. On this cycle I gained 14 lbs. I leaned a litle bit I think around my waste area. But No much results and not worth it since I got the water retention.
I cant figure it out. I thought you were suppose to loose weight on t3/clen? I did read in rare occasions T3 can cause retention. I'll know for sure if that was the cause when I get off these and it goes away.
Or the other possible cause is my TRT, 200mg Test C bi wkly. I don't think this is the cause because I have used Test before with no Ai, and did not have retention.
Thoughts Ideas, appreciated.
I found Clen to work really well for me, trimmed the body fat nicely. Taurine and potassium also cuts out the shakes and cramps, however I do need quite alot to be effective
how did you run the clen. I am at 120 and only feel minor body heat and some sweating, nothing major at all. Its kalpa brand. I think I'm very tolerant of stimulants. I don't want to go higher than 120. 2 days til end of wk 2. Dont see much difference and no weight change?
Im a big fan of adex esp for water weight..if thats what u think it is. What dose are u running your test at
just my TRT 200 Cyp biweekly. Just started and need to get bloods for Dr soon, so don't want to mess with anything yet. I have my own plan for weekly after give Dr what he needs.

week 1 at an end tomorrow. I am actually a few pounds heavier??? Still increasing the dose on both T3/clen. Have not felt any sideson either, but stims dont bother me much. My diet has been super clean. I getting 1.5 2 gals water down a day, amazing for me. I am guessing its my TRT 200mg Test C bi weekly thats getting my weight up and maybe the water. I am doing 40 min steady cardio 5 times wk.
May include Arimidex .25 eod?? not sure.

AnonT3 will strip just as much muscle as fat so just make sure your test does is enough to spare your LBM. I dont have experience with T3, I'm a DNP kinda guy, so maybe someone here will chime in as to whether 200mg of cyp is enough to spare muscle.
thx. I read about that. I read on the dose when you really start to go into catabolic with T3, its over 75. So I'm keeping it low, also because its my first time. I could do Var which is suppose to be best with T3/clen, but need to get bloods.
HOw is DNP? I had considered that. Alot out there, some of what I read really scared me to take it. How's your experience? how many times/ how long/ dose?
AnonDNP is some harsh shit and is essentially the same thing the TNT is made with. Not advised for the beginner...
As for the clen/t3... Not very experienced with it, bro. I used to run it, but it threw my BP thru the roof (175/110) for days.
AnonDone it once, supervised a friend do it once. Its very safe if you exercise caution. Its just not forgiving. If you accidentally double dose its a big deal and potentially fatal. I prefer to run low dose ~250mg a day for 2 weeks at a time. I like low dose because the sides are very tolerable. Higher dose like 500-750mg will have you sitting next to a fan all day, sure its faster results but its miserable.
You bloat on DNP so while on you probably wont see any changes, in fact I saw negative changes while on because of how bloated I got. But within 5 days of stopping DNP all that bloat came off and I was very very happy with my results. I lost about 1/2 a day on 250mg.
Var alone is amazing in higher doses (75-100mg). My first cycle was test e 500mg and var 75-100mg a day and I lost ~4% bodyfat and put on alot of muscle mass (this was a lean bulk). Var made my muscles rock hard. I mean absolutely solid. The pumps were ridiculous. Walking on any sort of incline gave me ridiculous calf pumps, so bad that I would have to stop for 20 seconds every couple minutes just because it hurt so bad. Also my strength on var was insane. Probably a 20-30% increase on all lifts. I understand why people compare high dose var to tren.
Back on to DNP. I choose to use DNP because I dont like what clen does to my heart and t3 honestly worries me alittle bit as I'm already on TRT, I dont wanna be on TRT AND thyroid meds for the rest of my life. DNP is amazing. Almost too good to be true. You could eat fast food all day on DNP and still lose weight (not that you should do that of course).
Is DNP catabolic at all like T3 in high doses?
AnonFrom what Ive read, it is muscle sparing like clen. From what I have experienced, possibly lost alittle muscle mass. Less than 10% of what I lost was muscle. So Its very minimal if any.
Forgot Im on TRT 200 mg Test C bi weekly. So no AAS included. I was gonna do var with this, but timing was off. I need to get bloods for Dr at the completion at wk 7. I didn't want to throw that off.
