How Gangsta Should I go?
Check it out my fellow eroiders..The other day I am walking into my house and a guy jumps out of his car and calls me by my name. I go up to the guy and say whats up and asks me if my last name is a certain name. I say no, he asks are you sure i say im pretty sure of my last name why are you asking. Comes to find out he says his buddy is owed money and this guy who has the same first name as me and a different last but sounds like mine, just happens to live in my area. I say sorry buddy not me good luck n see ya later. I knew this was for me not that I owe anybody anything but just had a feeling this was somebody trying to cause me a problem but I don't know who or why. Fast forward a week later and now my girlfriend gets a voice mail saying where is ya boyfriend, he owes money, we know who he is associated with. Another voice mail from my kids mother who is the biggest scumbag of them all. Putting this all together my kids mother is doing this. The guy that saw me outside my house was half my size and could have beat him to death and was ready to. I just don't know how many and who I will be fucking with. How gangsta should I approach the asshole that soon will call my house? Should I tell them right off the back to go fuck their mothers or should I just be calm n laid back about the situation?

I would break out my Guitar and sing folk songs to that guy. Really sing my heart out for him so that he would show mercy on me. If that didn't work, I would disembowel him with a dull shovel.
I don't think that I would call the cops because franky I hate cops, and because I'm a Senator, so I can basically do whatever the Eff I want.
last argument I got into .. was some a-hole on my street cut me off. ( im in a gated community) so were all
supposed to be polite to each other.. I go thru the gate at the end of the street and this dip shit
doesn't move his car.. I beep.. he opens his door and yells at me..( ok fine..) he takes off.. I sit and think,
and then ( stupidly) chase him down the street... get out of my car.. and confront him..(im WAY bigger then
this clown) ..but he's got his friend in the car.. 1 on 1-.. fine.. 2 on 1 ..not happening.. did the get
in each others face thing.. and that was it.. but... all of the made me think.. I had a friend of mine..
almost my size..( a little smaller)..He got the shit kicked out him in a parking lot..not to far from me..
spent 5 days in the hospital.. almost lost an eye.. and what was the reason ??? he sat next to the
wrong guys g/f in a bar...and gave the guy shit.. so he and his buddy jumped my friend in the parking lot and f-ked
him up.... so the moral of all of this is...... call a foooking cop..... get it ?

well it depends on who you are, I have a simple philosophy. If I go rolling around with my brother who is square bear and some shit goes down I expect him to tell, he doesnt know better and has to much to risk. If im rolling around with my homeboys and some shit goes down the only thing i expect them to say to a cop is fuck you, anything else and when you hit county homeboys are taking flight on you when they check your paperwork... so the question is who are you? if your square bear call the cops! if your not then tell them motherfuckers you got the money to come by and get it and deal with them when they get there.

Yeah I have no idea who these assholes are...I am assuming they are some lame friends of my kids mother and I really cant see anybody doing anymore than a couple phone call favor for the bitch though a guy did come by here one time. i been in similar situation where people were calling me w/ blocked numbers and leaving voice mails that i needed to give them money or else there will be consequences like fucking up my car, or hurting my little brother blah blah etc. didnt pay attention until i had four flat tires one day.first thing i would do is file a report w/ cops, just in case anything goes down like u hurting somebody, u ll have that on record to back u up. then if they call u again. once u file a claim, the cops will hook u up with a detective. if he is a good detective, he ll just lore them in a trap and problem solved.
some one comes to ur house, whop their ass w/ a baseball bat. i think the sooner u find out who is doing this the better, u just gotta solve the puzzle. I mean u dont know who ur dealing with, could be one, two , ten guys w/ guns who are just punking u for money but if they want money then they wont shoot u, that puts them at risk and if they shoot at u they wont get money, so that gives u some leverage. talk to ur kid mother, trick her into telling u who its somehow. In my situation, i went after one them and put his head through a wall in his own house, no witnesses. then i said if he decided to come after me again, i got him and his boys names and told them that i ll report them to the cops. not the smartest thing i did, but the point is if u find out who they are then u can tell them that u ll report them if they dont leave u alone.

I work in Corrections and have a BA in criminal justice, if he followed your advice he would be convicted of assault and depending upon his criminal record (if he has one) he would do some jail time and would be placed on probation upon release from custody. I live on the edge I drive over the speed limit even by ten miles an hour sometimes. So I can't call the cops if someone is extorting my family just because speeding is illegal. Man's gotta protect his family. Just because you do something illegal once in a while doesn't mean you can't call the cops.
