LMAO....so i could not find powerlifting chalk ,i went to Walmart and bought a box of assorted colors i used the white first,and yea i catch hell for that pink chalk.
i let my Fiance do the vid to i can see my form to get it better,thank you.
my exercise is on my programme written by a bodybuilder,it's more of a overload, off the ground i did 600,although i'm training for a bodybuiding comp next yea i'm also seriously thinking of doing a push pull comp.

Particular reason you have it raised? The reduction of distance traveled by propping it up really increases the load....
Just saying....I weight 205 and deadlift 510 Lbs. from the floor....no hitch
