What Do You Guys Eat On A Daily Basis?!?

ad

Basic question just want to see what most of your diets look like and what yall try and consume daily!

I work a 8-5'r at a desk most of the day. Have a mini fridge and microwave at my disposal, so I grill chicken or steak on sundays and separate it all out into tupperware. Pop them in the wave for 1-2 minutes and you are good to go. Add rice/greens/potatoes and you are set.

im always on the go at work so one meal i use often is i will mix a cup of egg whites with a cup of oats, cook it like a pancake and throw it in some tupperwear and your g2g. throw some splenda on it if u want but you can eat it like a cookie and can eat while driving and dont have to pull over and cut up steak, chicken etc.

Man this looks familiar:-D
U changed a few things but this is basically my diet except the PWM2-3. Meal 6 is normally a natural source of protein like chicken or fish and once a week steak. Glad o see the weight coming off. The key is the length of time u are using to lose the weight. Slower periods of weight loss make it much more sustainable and long lasting. I'm off cyce and I haven't lost a single pound of muscle nor has my weight spiked. Been taking it easy too. Gym 3x a week and cardio 3x a week. I am firing it back up in a few weeks and going back to the same program that's got me down 40 lb from Jan.

Hahaha this is based on your diet you showed me brotha, i cant thank you enough!:)... Yea i actually feel like im loosig weight slowly but surely u know.:).... As for the meal 6 i was reccomended by Phil to replace the chicken i had with just a casein shake and all natural almond milk to start slowing down digestion since its later in the evening and that way i wont have to buy that much meats which makes it expensive in the long run u know, cause consistency is THE KEY afterall. x)

depends where you get the flax. I got some at wal mart and it was horrendous. Got some at a whole foods store and it was tasteless

Carlos Danger's picture

Flax USA organic golden flax seed cold milled. That's what I buy. I got it at Costco. Goes great in shakes and with plain non fat yogurt and mixed berries! I eat that whenever I need a snack outside of my meal plan.
