anyone who has ever been locked up on here for some time would be the best to get that answer from, making something out of nothing is the point. I used water bottles in a laundry bag, you could find a book bag to put them in. if you have a scale you can get a rough estimate on what your lifting. not sure if you have a bar or not but if you do you can hang the book bags from each side of the bar. I hope this helps and our thoughts go out to you guys

I went down to the beach a couple hours ago, just trying to walk against the wind was a decent workout! Put on a raincoat and go for a run into the wind!

I remember when i was on my all expense paid state vacation, we used to use waterbags.water is like 7 pounds or so per gallon, if u have some heavy duty trash bags fill one up to ur poundage of choice then quadruple bag it to be on the safe side tie a square not at the top of the bags forming a loop for your hand and u can use it for curls or overhead type presses etc.another exercise you could do if its shoulder day is use a wall.stand facing the wall then crouch down and kick your legs up and go inverted with your back towards the wall bend your legs so ur feet hit the wall to stabilize you at first , then go inverted straight up,and just do a vertical press using your body weight, those things kicked my ass everytime.get your pump on bro, but more importantly stay safe, and hoard that fuel for that generator.sandy is kissing my area too. stay safe brother.

Another good one you can do is get a suit case and fill it with whatever to make it heavy, than take a towl and run it through the handles of the suitcase. You can do all kind of curls, overhead extensions, and kickbacks. Also you can do upright rows and lateral raises with it. Good luck with it. Whenever I have to workout like that I like to do it in a circut type workout because it is a good change from the gym

when i was locked up we did push ups but we didnt really count the number we went for time. we did sets of 30-40 with 1 min rest for 20-30 min. obvisouly the reps will decrease as you go. my chest use to be sore as hell the next day. we also bench press the bunk beds. i doubt you can do that just sayin. you can do abs also.. get 2 chairs and do some dips for tricepts. find something kinda heavy around the house and press over your head for shoulders. get creative bro. you be good in a few days hopefully.
