Whats for breakfast

ad

If your in to much of a hurry to do what ever it is you have to do then this is a great recipe.
You will need:
8-10 eggs(or how ever many you need)
1-2 cups of milk
And 2 glasses.

Now pour the milk into the glass and set it aside.
Then take the eggs and crack them into the other glass.
Okay now drink the Glass of eggs as fast as you can and wash it down with the glass of milk. Breakfast is done, now you can start to think about what you are going to have for your second breakfast.

(Only for healthy people, you dont want to die from salmonella because you have a low immune system)

Put frozen chicken into fridge overnight to defrost, in the morning sprinkle 1/4 - 1/2 cup of salt over it and enjoy. No cooking needed to save 15minutes!

14 grain fed hens in my shed give me 10-12 eggs per day.
I eat 6:1 white:yoke ratio for breakfast.
I slow fry in a small non-stick frypan with the lid on and sprinkle curry and chilli powder on top.
Free-range eggs contain one-third less cholesterol and one-quarter less saturated fat, in addition to higher levels of vitamin A, beta-carotene, vitamin E and omega-3 fatty acids.
Plus when they stop laying, I eat them Smile

Really though, you shouldnt eat raw eggs if they give you the runs, they are making you sick.
