water may not top your list of important nutrients, but it's required to maintain health- and muscle mass. after all, muscle is 75% water. so keeping your muscle fibers well hydrated will make them fuller and bigger.

water is also crucial for muscle strength. a study published in the journal of strength & conditioning research found that subjects who were dehydrated lifted less weight, and that a lossof aslittle as 2% of body weight decreased strength and endurance.

flex mag ! I write these things in post for yall cuz some of yall may not read these magz and etc . but you read posts these things are good solid info for all of us to enjoy and take in to put to use. do this: drink a minimum of 16 cups (1 gallon) of water over the course of the day.

and sometimes those flavor packs for water that have zero cals. can make it alot easier to drink a gal a day no problem.honestly i fuckin hate pain water i would have to choke down a gal. make it taste like something waaay easier to drink.figured i'd throw it out there.good post man.
