Zinc Overdose?

How much zinc should one supplement? I know how adverse zinc poisoning can be so I want some more info.... How much caps/pills do you brosky's take? I currently take one ZMA cap in the morning and two before bed. These are Swiss ultivite brand.

TheFNB, has set the tolerable upper intake levels for zinc at 40 mg per day for those 19 and over. Going over this amount puts you at risk of overdosing on zinc.
AnonSo if each ZMA cap contains 15mg of zinc and I take 3 a day, 3x15= 45mg wow! I've been overdosing LOL, better stick to two pills a day bro. Thanks
