4EVER-POWERbalance in all you do/eat/drink is the key
I can find you ten arguements that can go both ways.. the newest one says it is good for you ;-) ... really it affects us all quite differently. I can say with certainty that excessive caffeine consumption IS bad for you ;/ ... I have been drinking coffee since I was a small child, my grandmother would even make tea for us.. I have quit a various times through my life and haven't found that I was better for it. Right now I have to have my coffee in the am before I talk to anyone and I love having coffee after dinner but quite honestly I'd drink decaf. It isn't about the caffeine for me it is about having something hot and sweet to drink .
good point
Many influnces can be left on us,it can make us rely on it from the point of medical Angle,Besides,it stimulating our Nerve system can also give rise to hectic which lead to agrypnia at last.If it is continued, health should be threatened,so we should put much attention on it!
what in holy hell is this supposed to mean?

iv given up hard drugs, all junk food, etc but coffee is one thing im not parting with! black espresso straight down the hatch. resent studies have shown positive benefits in alzheimers prevention too
my muscles feel hard and alert after my morning black coffee. dehydration maybe? who cares. it feels good and coffee is GOOD for you
4EVER-POWERit contributes to dilatation of your veins
its not a net diuretic unless you're taking caffeine pills or espresso. the amt of water being excreted is more than compensated by the water in the coffee
good knowledge . +1 for teaching
It's not coffee which is bad for you it's what you but in it, straight black for me. Oh and the amount is a factor as well, just don't over due it.
It's just like anything else, too much is not good for you, i just recently started to drink a cup of coffee at 4am in the morning before i go work out, it helps a lot to get the effects of the caffeine. In the other hand i know folks like my wife, who drink coffee so much that she don't even feel the boost of caffeine any more.
Coffee is great if it's not loaded with sugar & creamer. I just read an article a few weeks back that coffee beans have cancer fighting abilities.
i drink coffee every morning and afternoon, it's fucking awesome
It's too early, where the FUCK is my coffee lol. I have to have one everyday. No cream no sugar
Research has shown 5-7mg of caffeine per kilo of body weight is optimum for oxidizing fat molecules for use as fuel, especially during endurance type activities. Currently at 175lbs, which is 79kg, that works out to be 395mg caffeine (when multiples by the lower end of the scale ~ 5), which dived by 75 (amount of caffeine in ever shot of Starbucks espresso), works out to just over 5 shots. This may seem a little extreme, but remember a Venti Americano has 4 shots in. Just remember to drink plenty of water (around 1ltr) for the caffeine to really be effective, as it’s also a diuretic and can dehydrate the body. To find out more, read this article about the do’s and dont’s of caffeine consumption I wrote a few years back.
