mix it up when eating protein !!

protein is made up of amino acids, which are building blocks of life. they're essentil for muscle recovery and growth so you need to put away plenty of eggs(both yoljs and whites), poultry,fish,lean beef, nuts and protein powders. ideal protein requirments vary with each individual,but every meal should contain at least 20-30 grams .
eating a wide variety of protein sources, as opposed to just chicken and beef, as most bodybuilders do. because each protein source has a different amino acid profile, eating a varied diet will ensure that you get the full spectrum of aminos for optimal growth!
do this: consume a minimum of one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight each day. for a 200lb bodybuilder, thats 200 g protein daily.

This is very true. one thing i see is not enough people eat fish. i need to eat more of it myself. but fish is terrific for dieting it also helps keep the wasteline DOWN when trying to cut as it digest easily does not distend the stomach like some other meats. good post bro.
