Time between cycles

Have been reading conflicting advice on how long to wait to in between cycles. Some say 6wks others say 8-12wks. Can some vets chime in to clear this up for me. Thanks

cdaddy7Time on cycle+PCT=Time off between cycles....for example....12weeks+4weeks PCT=16weeks but bc of the 2 weeks between last shot and start of PCT really makes it 18weeks....Now you can possibly start sooner than that but you must have BLOODWORK to confirm u are at normal levels
this is a protocol we use frequently but best answer would really be bloddwork before and after, and when your levels are back to normal then you can run again. Everyone assumes that you can start sooner if bloodwork indicates normal levels but the truth is some people dont recovery fully for many months after protocol.
cdaddy7Well said bc in the past 5 years I have really become a true believer in bloodwork pre, during and post...I have learned more about my body than I ever did before bc I know exactly what my baseline is and what is really going on with me on the inside...I am ready to begin my next cycle but I am holding off until my bloodwork comes back...it is standard for me now and where I work there is no excuse for me not to have them done....wr are watching everything change for the better in the world of AAS this day and age as science evolves and testing becomes easier and affordable or in my case free
That is the proper protocol. But how many people actually listen to that.

Thanks. Getting bloods done in a week. Currently on cycle now. In week 5 of a 12wk test e cycle. Was gonna get more bloodwork done at the end of pct. is zrt.com still good for bloods?
Hey bro I use zrt they are very good and they give you an accurate number for testosterone not just >1500 like a lot of labs. There is also privatemdlabs they give you a female panel which includes testosterone, estrogen, and LH for 60 bucks which is really cheap.
i checked out that zrt labs when you recommended them to me another time, but unfortunately they said they are only out of oregon when i called them.

Time on + PCT = time off. 12 Weeks cycle + 4pct...16 off. Bloodwork at that ti me will tell if you've recovered.
...and if you are willing to dump hundreds and hundreds of dollars on gear,food and supps but unwilling to spill a C-note on bloods maybe you should rethink AAS
