if you want to cut do your cheat meals 1cheat meal/3weeks.difficult ,but has results.and dont eat for example 2kg ice cream.

let's say, for the sake of argument, that you were capable of consuming 3 dozen gigantic cookies and a gallon of ice cream in one sitting. And that was the dessert after 2 chicken fried steaks, 3 handfuls of fries, and enough ketchup to drown a small animal. Will all of that get converted to fat and stored in adipose tissue? HELL NO!! It's when you do that every day for a long time that people put on the pounds and get nice and lumpy. my point is that it's your cheat meal, go crazy! you're probably on such a rigid hardcore diet for 6 other days of the week that not only will indulging yourself for one single meal not be a big deal, but it will probably help keep you sane!

first of all,if you eat all this stuff ,,ask your liver and your kidneys what "work" they must do to put off all this thinks.so,you depress a lot your liver and kidneys, imagine if you are are on season.Secondly, the other day you cannot do anything because you are going to pass it in the toilet.finaly the cheat meal is a "safe way" to reload your battery,if you eat all this thinks you cannot do easy training you over-loaded with empty calories.Mostly be careful with your sugar levels

this is so wrong... if im on a hardcore diet, i can set myself back almost 2 weeks in just one bad meal.

Condsidering when on a very strict and controlled diet...ONE cheat meal of your choice isn't really gonna have a negative effect on your goals/objectives of said diet. What kind of hamburgers are we talking about here anyway?...nice greasy, cheesy burgers? I can tell you that there will be more sugar in the cookies, but more fat in the burgers....it's a toss-up for YOU that only YOU can decide.
When I cheat...I usually just "go with my gut" and eat whatever sounds the best to me...like what have I been craving? Burgers?...pizza?...cookies?...cake? Your metabolism will take care of all the cheat calories regardless of what the meal is...as the best idea to carry thru with on a strict diet is to set-up a cheat meal per week. The extra nasty calories will actually help increase your caloric burn temporarily and in theory burn some other calories with it(hopefully some fat stores!!).
Either way, either meal will keep your body guessing and that's what is good to confuse that equilibrium point that it's always striving for...a point called homeostasis.

Man...just smash the cookies for dessert then too! It's fine...all the protein and fat in the burgers will lessen the impact of the effect rising insulin levels..as was stated already.

Buffalo! Leaner, higher protein and imo, tastes better. Makes great burgers and meatballs and meatloaf. Tastes like beef, but better

the burgers arent bad at all, especially if you are using 96/4...imo if you eat the cookies with the protein you would be better off than eating it separate....it will control the insulin response more so than eating the carbs alone which will limit fat storage
