planning my third cycle

22yrs, 180lbs, 10% bodyfat, 5'9.
the goal is to gain 20lbs, so i wanna hit 200lbs.
i want to do 700mg prop/wk, + 500-750mg EQ/wk. i know that this time i want to go high with the test but give me some info on the EQ i've never ran it before

Also you should be running test e or c with EQ not Test p. Test p should only be in the cycle if its a kickstart or a taper. Not used as the main test.
not true, people use test p cycles all the time with tren ace or mast ect

if you read it correctly zewi said in THE cycle.. meaning with the EQ. because EQ is normally ran for min of 14-16 weeks, he suggests it be used as a kickstart WITH test e or c. who wants to pin prop ED or EOD for 16 weeks.. If you feel comfortable with that then hey go ahead.

ok dood, im no expert but I have experience and the reasons people give the responses they do is because people who are young like us are underestimating what we are getting into. I am only 24 and 4 stacks deep, AND fucked up by taking Tren. Luckily these guys like Zewi and Vike have been able to fix my errors. But getting back to these responses; when you ask stuff like combining short esters with long esters then it looks like you havent done enough research. Its small, obvious mistakes that give away inexperience. These guys arent here to harass you, some are lol, this could destroy your body if you screw around and dont know what you are doing. And please dont say your an expert because you want to stack prop with EQ, which shows novice on your part.
Now ill answer your question. EQ is fantastic. You add lean mass that hangs around and looks smooth and lean. Its not fast and bulky but rather slow steady gains. If I were you, and if your like how I was then you'll do it anyway, Id do TestCyp 400/wk then take EQ 600/wk. Make sure you run it atleast 16 weeks otherwise your wasting money. Make sure your diet is gtg cuz this stuff makes you hungry, all day every day. I ate over 5,500 cals a day on this and still was hungry.
Just be smart man, listen to what people say and dont get over your head. Thats all

Yes I will. No doubt. I like ur cycle better than the last one. EQ has amazing properties most of which lead to lean muscle gains. It is quite good at increasing RBC which will increase ur ability to carry O2 to the muscles. Making ur endurance much much better. It leads to quicker sessions in the gym with less downtime. Or longer sessions in the gym with little downtime. Either way ur workouts benefit immensely. Only downside to EQ for novice users is the length one has to run EQ to see it's true benefits. 14wks bare minimum. For advNced users 16-20-24 wks are where it's at. I saw my biggest gains after wk 16. Vascularity doubled as well as my strength increased after wk 16. If u want a cycle I won't do it here in an open forum. PM me and we can talk young brudda!
Giving good advise would seems to me a sure sign of respect. Respectfully, to whine when not given the answer we want to hear is rather childish wouln't you say? 21 and on 3rd cycle already....so you started when you were 18-19 prob still in high school. Wish you would have thought about it more before you took that step. That being said, whats done is done. Hope you have a safe and productive cycle.
