If that's what ur options are... you eat burger no matter what. Missing a meal completely is a bigger deal to me than makin myself do an extra 15min on Jacobs ladder(3-5min intervals 2min rest in between.) To make up for a lil extra fat... Personally I eat red meat 1/week at most when cutting. All chix amd fish, and I usually make a sirloin steak on grill and trim fat off when I do have red meat. If you are eating properly to lose weight and exercising properly for definition as opposed to mass, you have your body tuned to burn calories, if no food to burn it'll turn to burning muscle for energy.

If the cut is very deep, you may need to get stitches.....putting hamburger over a deep cut is just asking for an infection unless you cook it first.

Baaaahaaaa, now that's funny.

Beef has its place in a diet, probably not every meal, and of course it depends on how far into your diet u r and how lean u r trying to get.

yeah either use 95% lean ground beef, or 97% lean turkey, I make my own breads so I just eat with that, totally whole wheat and healthy, love it.

I have pretty much stopped eating ground meat after all that pink slim stuff surfaced and have switched to only whole cuts, and mostly chicken because for some reason it has been like 2 bucks a lb around here.

In my opinion I would say get bison burgers, I think there the best for ya

Yeah man, you got that right. 1/2 lb on a plate, no bun, ketchup smeared on top. Gotta go light the grill now :-)

the ketchup will getcha ;) its straight sugar, and some people go pretty heavy with the stuff

Yeah your right, its the only time I eat ketchup its a must on a burger for me. Although I don't go heavy with it, the kids use 1/2 a bottle - 1/4 on the burger and 1/4 on their hands and face :-).

Hamburgers are fine. Ideally, using the leanest you can purchase. Watch the sodium.
