I'm a woman on Anavar
Hi I'm new and was wanting some GOOD advice on Anavar. I have searched the net and keep getting conflicting advice.
I am on my 9th week of my 2nd Anavar cycle. I take 15mg which I split and take 1 am and 1 pm.
Is it safe to stay on for 12weeks??
Also do you know if my brand is effective ; it's CENSORED.
I am a fitness instructor and was wanting to get ripped! I have gained 9lbs of muscle but my clothes have gotten tighter, especially round the waist. Is this normal?
I can do up to 11 classes in gym and I find I'm hungry all the time. Hve tried various fat burners as well but no results with them. They tend to work for a week and then stop.
Any advice would be very much appreciated as I feel I'm hitting a brick wall.

AnonEverything you have said is pretty typical of anavar. You should be fine with a 12 week cycle. You have to understand that var was created to build muscle for people with muscle wasting diseases, so you will build muscle, everywhere. I haven't met a woman yet in person or online that hasn't indicated that their waist did not get bigger. If you consider what anavar does, this makes perfect sense, it is your core and the muscles there will respond as any other muscles will.
If you put on 9lbs of muscle why would you think your anavar is not effective? What are you doing to get "shredded?" Furthermore considering you do up to 11 classes I think it is amazing you have managed to put on that much muscle.
Viking has done an excellent job down there(vvvv) to give you some real good tips on getting shredded.

I'm loving the added muscle, just not so much that my abs, waist are bigger, but hopefully coming off cycle and adding in green tea, cla I'll get a leaner look. Going to get back in a good routine off cycle, cutting down on as many spin classes and concentrating on my weights. If all goes to plan I'm going for the ripped look but going take it 1 step at a time. J
AnonI am just starting to whittle my waist down again at this point (reality is my shoulders are getting broader ;-) . I didn't like it at first but I loved all the added strength and muscle. I have found that if your body fat isn't particularly low (ten percent or lower) your increase in muscle mass increases the size of everything, eventually, given that you do the right things, you will see a decrease in body fat. If you do it correctly, you will maintain the muscle that you gained and just lose the fat.

Hi was adviced against Clen as was told it would mess up my Thyroid and would later on in life be fat! :(
Excellent advise... Clen is not to be taken lightly or in excess. My Dr. HIGHLY advised against it. BP and sides are not good.

if used correctly with the correct diet,she could be using herbals this is what we need to find out,this proves we need as much information as possible to pin point peoples problems.

I can help you here but i need a little more info before i can put this together.. i need your stats and a current bodyfat% first... my first thought about the increase in inches around the waist is due to the length of the cycles you are running! let me explain here that anavar is 5 times more anabolic than testosterone and prolonged use will increase the viscoral fat around the abdominal wall giving it a male appearence! this is why your abs are probably looking pushed out a little!.. we need to drop the cycles back to a max of 8wks imo, again i am asumeing here and need the stats please... panic not at this stage we can pull everything back on track in no time its just a fine tuning matter ok.
This post is a lot older and you guys have been offline for a while... but when would you start taking Var before a bodybuilding competition and at how many weeks out should you get off?!?
Hi Viking! Iam 36 year old female. Height 5ft 5. Current weight 10stone, was 9.5stone before I started Anavar. Yes I think I'll stop my Anavar as have just read that 8weeks is best.
I teach bodypump and spin. This week doing 6 classes, Usually I do my own training as well about 3hrs a week on top of this.
No idea what my bodyfat is unfortunately but I have a muscular frame, with very strong legs and shoulder definition.
Not sure where to go from here. Started CLA this week. Thanks
OK here we go.. the picture in my mind at your height and weight looks good i bet you great and in proportion.. first off we must drop cycle length to 8wk max then take the same amount of time off before you cycle again! your dosage is good at 15mg but i will say take it upto 20mg ED on next cycle.. 2 reasons its easier than splitting tabs and 20mg is a good dose at your current body weight.
Doing this you should notice the ab wall suck back in whilst off cycle if you keep your carb intake in the 60/80 grams pr day region,if you really want to get ripped take ALL carbs before 2pm each day then just live off protein.. this in turn will speed up the metabolism even further to burn more body fat... also hit a casein protein shake at bedtime to further increase meta rate and stop you going catabolic overnight... 6wks of this routine will show massive differences i promise!... regarding the CLA dont use whilst on cycle its a waste just use when off and also take green tea.. green tea and cla are a great combo whilst running natural ok... also you havnt mentioned creatine so i take it you dont use it!... use it again off cycle but never on due to bloat pushing your lower ab plate out further.. i am going to ask my friend hrdbdygrrl to come in here due to being a female to make sure i havnt missed any fine points only you girls can talk about ok..hope this helps.
Hi Viking, I've just found this thread as I'm thinking of trying anavar. I'm already running 1.5 iu of HGH. I'm 29, 5ft 4, about 8st 12, 26 inch waist 32 inch hips so I'm pretty small. If you have access to my pics you can see my progress so far just with the Gh. I want to look more shredded and more lean muscle mass. Would I be a good candidate for anavar, what can I expect? I literally know nothing about it I'm just trying to gather information. I have to add my gym attendance is now no more than 3 times a week as I'm studying for my masters it takes over my life. Since I'm a bit older and more forgetful lol. Any help is appreciated :)))
Thank you so much'Viking'. It's great to be finally getting some great advice and I def' will be changing my thinking as and from now. I will wean off my Anavar this week and have a break for 9 weeks. Whilst I'm off cycle I will take my CLA and invest in green tea and creatine.
I do take protein before bed but its normally a whey protein so I will just keep this for after my workouts. If I achieve the results at this I will do as you suggest and have all my carbs before 2pm, but want to get in a good routine 1st. Feeling very bloated now and need to shift it fast.
