Well as you know for 4 weeks I really worked on getting my bodyfat down and was a plus that I lost 7lbs and 11 inches on the way. I started Anavar on 1st Feb. Had to stop............... In 4 weeks have gained 11lbs, inches added on, feel like crap and look so bloated! Also have came down with an awful flu :( . So my cycle did not go according to plan. Have took 2 steps back! Going take me ages to even get back were I was.
Noticed no gains in strength, have slighly more definition in shoulders but thats about it. Was in much better shape before I started.
Feel rubbish and have totally lost motivation.

I ALSO GAIN SOME WEIGHT ON THE ANAVAR, BUT AS SOON AS THE CYCLE WAS OVER THE WEIGHT DROPPED. YOU SHOULD TRY PRIMOBOLAN. FOR ME THERE WAS NO WEIGHT GAIN WITH THE PRIMOBOLAN.

It's a shame my wife isn't on as much. She has used a few different things (EQ, Primo A, Test P, Var). She had some minor issues with some and did great on others

;-( you could have expected a bit of water gain from the var but definitely not what you described... but whatever it was or wasn't even if it was "something" else you should have noticed strength gains..

Yes beginining to doubt it was Anavar. Could have been anything, Put me right off! Diet was in check and had been, as I'm very active and have a very high protein diet. I'm a fitness Instructor so know all about good fuel for my body. Not new to this just wanted that little bit extra umph! Wanted that hardened more defined look. Think I've had a bad experience this time. Don't think I'll be doing it again.
Now to start back to dieting to get this weight off. Life's a bitch.

Pelon I am a lady, no test. Won't want all the extra unwanted sides. Though perhaps I would have got on better on test..............

sounds more like dbol.
dbol and winstrol is a common combo in faked anavar
Seems like a case of bad diet, or bad anavar (maybe they sold you another substance?)
What was your bf when you started the anavar? Where did you get the anavar? (PM on the second question do not answer in public forum)
