+ 9 CAUSE AND EFFECT

ad

Ok so I have to be honest, it gets frustrating at times when the questions are "what oil will help me gain the most weight" or "how much test should I use to gain 30 lbs. This cycle" or "hey I've only gained 5 lbs this week is my oil underdosed" or "I can't seem to lose any weight with this var" or "how long will I keep my weight post cycle" or "how much weight loss can I expect to have post cycle" or "will my gains be permanent when I got them from gear"?????

These are the questions I see very often whether it be for loss, gain or maintain losses and gains. What is sort of frustrating I guess is its not 1986 anymore where I had virtually no information as it pertained to all of this. I ask myself daily, how can I make sure these new generations figure this out much earlier than I didi in a trial and error era? The guys run around non-stop yelling RESEACH RESEARCH RESEARCH!!! Thats great information until you figure out 90% of what you research is complete bullshit so a newb has a 10% chance of getting it right even with extensive research. He/she has no idea if what they just read was accurate or not. Sure, one would assume a senior member on another site with a screen name BADASSIRONPUMPINMFER knows his stuff right? Yeah, not always the case. I spend good time daily looking over all the other boards and the information from newbs just dying to be somebody is ridiculous but what catches my eye are the so called "high ranked members" spilling out some of the biggest loads of bullshit you'll ever read

So heres what I say to the newbs seeking out the questions above that I began with. Begin every single research plan as to building ,cutting solidifying etc with food research. Don't even research gear until you have tried out your own research with diet as it pertains to your goal. Once you can actually begin to see results with your new found diet plan without gear then you know you will maximize those results with gear. Those questions amaze me often as much information as we have around here, but then I stop and think, theres 1000 times more information that say otherwise all over the net. No wonder newbs are confused and even some guys/gals with a couple yrs under their belt many still confused.

So I guess in my view the most imortant phrase in this game we play or life we live may be simply "CAUSE AND EFFECT".

Lets start with cause as we break down all these questions and try to simplify the issue at large. Lets say you want to shred up and I mean shred! I always ask guys/gals, why do you want to shred? Reason for this is many people think "well if I can get shredded it will be easy to stay that way right?" Well, I don't know, we essentially had you at 50 carbs a day and that was only meal one for weeks and weeks to shred you down. Was that easy? Well of course not so staying that way won't be easy either. Why? Caause and effect. The cfause was all that tuff ass carb work so the effect will go away once the hard carb work goes away. So my point is, why shred if you don't have a photo shoot or a comp or want to show your ex how smack that ass hot you look now that he or she got their fat ass out of your house and quit fin up your chi!
So the point is we need to find what food will "CAUSE" YOU to obtain your goal and once we find that we have to make sure we maintain that diet if you wish to keep the new you. If you eat your way to the goal and then you go back to old eating habits then the old you comes back too.

So to answer all your gear questions as to "which oil is best for my goal". None of them. If the oil or oral or hgh or whatever is the means with which you achieve the goal what happens when the oil is gone? Were you paying attention back in chapter one?lol. Yes, the oil being the cause leaves and the effect goes with it. Thats one of the reasons I personally move people away from tren often. Its not necessarily that I want 10 cycles under your belt, its that I don't want you finding something that can take the place of hard work and dedication in the kitchen. If you use food as your primary building block then by the time you learn to achieve your personal goals you will appreciate the tren and not take it for granted. I don't want you running tren and an oral every single cycle and then running cycles too close together and then just "bumpin" tren in and out to hold the goal. This is not cause and effect in a way you will get to live a full life.

I'll close using the simple phrase again and I hope it sticks with you forever.."CAUSE AND EFFECT" FIND WHAT CAUSES YOU TO OBTAIN YOUR GOAL AND THEN KEEPP DOING IT. If its not taking you to your goal, stop doing it. Its not causing what you want. Much is trial and error because one diet that was perfection for your gay buddy Ed may not work for you at all right? So find a plan within reason and work it until you find achievement...then repeat over and over again. As to your diet, thats not the point in specific here so I won't lay that out and besides , its been done here 1000 times.

I will say this to newbs, if anyone (IMO) begins telling you about how an oil or oral etc will "cause this or that" you have to assume, if its the cause the effect will be gone
As soon as it is...the cause has to be food specific to the effect you desire and then do it over and over again unless it quits working or the goal changes. FOOD=CAUSE=EFEECT and then you have to continue to reproduce that cause if you want the effect to stay.

A lot of good people here who have learned their diet plan so if you need diet help, post up your goal and atke some tips from those who have gone ahead of you to achieve those goals knowing FOOD is the yr round work "(effect"), that will keep you always looking good as opposed to 4 weeks at the end of cycle. Gear has to be used as an addition to the good diet to goal or the gear becomes the only reason for any achievment at all and its gone as fast as it came , "if you had any results at all".

My point as it pertains to all the questions we get, we have to begin pushing peoples focus to food and quit answering questions in a way that makes people think gear will control the golas. Such as I see answers like "tren will rip the shit out of you bro". What we do with answers like this is cause people to think of the oil or oral as the reason for change and its not only a hollow way of thinking, its a yo yo. A yo yo I personally road many times before figuring out cause and effect and KNOWING" food has to be the cause for all change or we will confuse people from now on. If Joe shmo had thought about the fact that this tren run would end and his results would end with it he may not have even ran the cycle. Whats the point right? Had he known his food work he would have possibly achieved the goal and solidified it with the gear and known to continue that "cause" to maintain much more of the effect he achieved.

We have to push harder IMO to food. We have to focus much more on diet questions in the advice we give and we have to be consistent with that. If we don't put enough focus there we have to expect not only the yoyo for our subjects but we can also expect them to teach that new found knowledge to others who will fail as well.

what i'm grappling with is making sure the food i'm eating is clean. i have cut out processed foods (except for maybe 1 cheat meal every other week). almost all of the food i'm eating i'm cooking at home.

Tread, or anyone else for that matter, what's your opinion on steak? Seasoned with a little salt and pepper and cooked on the range, is that an acceptable source of protein?

suzy b MRS viking's picture

Zero salt in our kitchen, and we only buy salt free spices.

yah, thanks for holding my hand at the supermarket yesterday cleyon, really felt like a man on a mission with your hand in mine. you've got a strong grip bro.

Great post Tread. Like many I'm guilty of saying "research", but you are absolutely right, there is a lot is crap info out there. A good example being a young lad who started talking to me in gym today - he mentioned he was "on cycle". Turns out the kid has been taking DBol for the last three months!

He'd got the gear online, taken advice online from someone who was apparently a competitive bodybuilder. I yes, forgot to tell you the lad was 17......

Good read brother. It took me a while because I had to have my wife translate it into a picture book so that I could understand it, and it's everything I believe except for the "Gay Friend Ed" part of course. However, I'm sure there are many many men who workout just to look good for me, hoping that one day I'll start batting for the other team (Cleyon). It just aint going to happen.
+1 from me you homo.

I still like Vikinings idea. When they question advice or just flat out don't listen, and definitely the ones who aren't reading ,start ignoring em'! No advice at all! Let em beat themselves down!

zyrius69's picture

Absolutely 100% agreed, I originally lost 100 pounds of fat by my self, and gained 20-30 pounds of muscle for a solid base, so luckily I learned diet and what works for me Smile but very true love this post!

I did something something similar my last year of high school. I learned about low carb dieting by trial and error, not the internet lol. Congratulations brother! keep up the good work!

Beautifully put! I was one of the poor bastards who even after years of cycling didn't have a clue about my diet! I come from a background where in my sport, we ate everything in sight because we needed the calories. High carb diets of mostly junk! We burned them up faster than we put them in. I still have some old habits. Bodybuilding is different. 8 years of cycling and the only one I was able to maintain some quality gains lost cycle was my last. And that was after two surgeries and a blast of radiation. My friend tread here saw a picture of me a couple weeks ago and was impressed a what he saw after where I had been! The only thing that was different this time, the way I ate!! Sounds so simple and dumb but I incorporated lots of fresh fish to my diet. When others snack on chips I was eating Tuna out of a can. Tons of greens, chicken has become my best friend and I love fruit today! I'm still learning as I go but since joining eroids I've made tremendous strides in my training , and diet while cycling the same way! Mostly by listening to tread , Viking , GS, goth , grrrl, and Hollywood to name a few! Anabolics are only a tool to tweak the engine! They are not the answer to "how can I gain 30lbs of lean mass"! Great post tread as usual my brother!

manlytt's picture

It's a work in progress for most of us bro, its nice to see you be so transparent. I found I cheated my diet at work, between meals I would tap the vending machine and drink monster energy drinks. I'm about a year off of the monsters and swapped the vending machine habit with munching on plain almonds between breaks. That combined with not forgeting the core workouts and its really coming around. Tread got me going on a blast cruise regimine, do to my age and that has added to my success. Its good to hear you've got the diet dialed in, I know many who do the same calorie diet like you described.

HllwdBdBoy's picture

The bane of eroids... Everyone wants results, few are willing to do the work. The jab and lift theory has gone the way of the dinosaur my bruthas! The Holy Trinity (diet, training, sleep) must be obtained BEFORE AAS is to even be discussed

*Does anyone else notice that continually recycle the same info over and over again in different ways? Hmmm... I wonder what that is all about? ; )

HllwdBdBoy's picture

not a racist bruthaman... I HATE EVERYONE EQUALLY!

Nitti's picture

I hadn't noticed! Lol. I haven't noticed the same newb cycle posts either over and over! Ninjas ain't readin'! We need a center for literacy link posted somewhere. Im wondering if it's that they can't read. :-(
