Tried to change breakfast up a little

ad

1 egg, 2 egg whites, 1 cup of oatmeal, more than a splash of milk, mixed together in a bowl and scrambled in a pan. Wanted to throw some hot sauce in there, but I ran out. Still have some Franks Red Hot Hot Buffalo sauce. Just a splash...oops. Dumped in a lot more than I meant to. Threw some ranch dressing in there too, that sauce is so hot! Probably would have been alright with hot sauce, but uh, yeah not so much lol.. I forced it down, don't like to waste!

Hahaa! I'd like to clarify that at that time I had just realized I desperately needed to go food shopping. Just tried to throw some stuff together, only had 3 eggs left. I did recently learn Tobasco has much lower sodium, but the unit price is also 3x more than Frank's. I'm pretty broke, so I'm not going to worry about the small amount of sodium in the little splash of sauce. I used to use garlic salt in my eggs, so hey! I'm getting better!! hahaa... And the only reason I threw ranch in was bc I spilled the buffalo sauce in and it is sooo hot. It was one of the worst things I've ever eaten lol

I dont know what your goals are, but I would up the protein here. Your only gettin 15g of pro in eggs and maybe 1 or 2g in milk. The protein in oats doesnt count on my diet just meats and milk products. It has to come from something w/ a face whether it's milk, egg, or steak. to count as protein and If your trying to gain muscle as a rule of thumb, at least 1g/lb of bw. I aim for 1.5gpro per lb of body weight. Then buffalo sauce has crazy sodium and the ranch is very bad. Bad fats, high sodium.

Tobasco has lowest sodium I can find in hot sauce at 35mg per srv. I'll help ya dial a diet in if you need any help?

HAHA...Sounds terrible bro...try just 4 whole eggs, the oatmeal, and 2 pieces of homemade whole grain French toast(cooked in coconut oil) and maybe a banana.

LOL...to each their own though, I just can't eat certain food(s) and combinations thereof first thing in the AM.

LOL!!! Sounds so disgusting...HAHAHA, yeah who needs arginine and citrulline when you got ranch for the AM wake-up party!!! I heard it's a great vaso-dilator, LOL!!!
