+ 2 learning that its a slow but steady process!

ad

mr. tread the guru put it out pretty simple for me and its true its a slow road to the big show! im not really going to overly worry about weight, but I an going to still try to eat big of course. im going to just pay attention to the mirror. im learnkng that this ahit takes time no matter what the fuck you put in your body! so basically we abd I cant trip out if im not drastically changing. its a process not a over night miracle! thanks tread. eat big, lift big, and rest!

Glad to hear that we do get through to our younger brothers out there. It seems lately it's more frustrating than anything that no matter how many of the older guys give advice the younger ones just don't want to listen. There is no off season in this sport, it's like training for the Olympics. The ones that win the gold are the ones that train day in and day out for years and years. The ones that train half ass or take long amounts of time off in between training are the ones that finish dead last.

"Slow wins this race", as some wise guy once said, he was an ape and I believe his name was Tread-m or something like that Smile

It's so hard to not freak out. But those are definitly words of wisdom!

Definite wiseguys here! They have skills! We're always our own worst enemy so outside help is great to get. Youll do it!

Yea arms can be a bitch. I'm decent size, but my chest, shoulders, traps, are light years ahead of my biceps and triceps. It gets frustrating when a body part doesn't respond like you want. Gotta keep pushing forward though.

Hit your weak links first before anything else. I had lagging calves until I started hitting them first on leg day before my body was completely taxed from squats. It works.

Definitly!! I couldn't get passed 16.5 for ever. Guru told me to blast the tris twice as hard. Finally hit 18's in march.....then broke damn elbows. Started ebc back at 16's.....grrrr. Lol!

15.5 rocked is always more impressive than 18 uncut round arms. Best part of lifting is it's a whole lifetime of adding a lil here and there. Keeps it interesting!

That's why I've always been impressed with boxers. Hard n separated shoulders etc. I hear ya on cutter next! I'd like to get solid/cut. Been stocky midget wrestler look too long. Lol.

For xmas im looking at prop/mast/var. Not as harsh as tren but classic 8weeker. Or i might get brave and try tren/prop. 1-8 prop 150eod
2-8 mast 100eod
2-8 var 60/day.

I know that with all my tatts i can't win a local contest but after xmas i'm gonna give it a go! Jyst to show off in tge old mans age bracket.

The gym owner was 5-6....stocky but not huge. But he knew his diet/training so well he always won the local shows at 158{lightweight class). He'd come in shredded. Good part of weight classes if you're skilled at knowing your body.

The clothes don't lie. I feel like time is draggin too. Mirror looks same but clothes are helping keep me str8. I'm having to drop fat while build (backwards i know) so scale is NOT my homie.. Lol
