On the homepage/group listings you can often see topics but when you click them you cannot enter the Netherworld.
a lot of the topics are tech related (i'm a techie) and am interested in reading/learning/adding value to the discussion.
Is Nether only available to certain ppl (src)? or karma level? or what? How do I learn the secret handshake to enter?
