Hot sauce and sodium
I spent a few minutes at the grocery store tracking down the lowest sodium hot sauce... My findings were
Tobasco 35mg/per tsp. (accceptable to me on a bulk!)
Cholula 85mg/per tsp.
chirapa chile sauce 100mg/tsp
green tobasco 130mg/ tsp
louisiana-240mg/ tsp.
franks red hot 400mg/ tsp
I think tobasco is very accceptable especially in bulk diet, depends how strict you go on sodium during a cut diet?... Hope this helps a few of ya out w/ some flava. Also try natural horshradish for a condiment on just about any meat. Not the horsradish at arby's, but natural shredded horshardish. I get the hot and that shit clears your sinuses... I likes it a lot. Especially on roast beef or pork loin outta the slow cooker.

CleyonI couldn't live without Tabasco, that stuff is like salt and pepper to me. The other sauce that I use too much is Nando's Peri-Peri, and I have no idea how much sodium is in it, but I only need a drop or two.
love hot sauce got a big one in the fridge and a travel size in my backpack..! put it on foods i cant stand to get down like chicken and fish!
