I've been lurking for a few weeks and finally joined. Good info, people, products, etc. Appears there is a lot of people out there with ?'s & people on here with experience willing to answer. Thanks for providing a forum and thanks to all the members who really make it happen.

I have some experience with cycles, read a ton on proper lifting & diet. I've noticed different views & opinions on what to use, how to lift, etc. ultimately it's up to you to decide however it would be foolish not to consider the responses viewed on this site.
I'm looking forward to meeting new people, talk lifting, having fun and helping out where I can.
