Yeah man I just looked back and was like....wow! 6 years!! Where did the time grow?! Yep grow I did, in the right areas, lol. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate ERs active membership, seen some come and go, like sources, but those that have been here well before me or choose to lurk, I get it, and have made this community what it is today, thank you.

For those new to the site all I can say is do your research. No one is going to spoon feed you a cycle, tell you what source to use or not. It’s up to you to put the time in. You’ll find while researching that most of your questions have been answered too many times over.

Here’s to another 6 years of ER! Admin, mods, keep up the great work! I can appreciate the work it is to keep thousands of > 1,500 total T members on track. Lol.

Oh and “newbies” or whatever you want to be called, the sticky topics in each forum section are there for a reason. From 20 something’s running all sorts of gear only to hurt themselves due to lack of restraint and/or knowledge or simply put, wanting to take a shortcut to 1st cycle oral only to Tren 1st go at it, please learn from their mistakes. Oh and PCT, ever hear of that?! I didn’t in my 20’s that’s for sure, but that was when Mexican sust preloads were the shit, yeah with an 18 gauge spike included. The joys of being young and dumb. I apologize if this doesn’t resignate with some of you, for most I say, we made it this far! Okay, lastly, please respect the time, preparation, diet, training it takes no matter what level you’re after. Put the time in and you’ll see the results! Take care everyone and be safe.
