+ 1 delicious garlic/evoo pasta recipe
I'm gunna start this off by saying I'm a guido so I don't measure shit. But follow this simple recipe for a delicious heart healthy garlic and oil pasta dish for incredible energy and its amazing.
Step 1: chop up about 4 cloves of garlic crush some up with ur knife.
Step 2: layer the bottom of a sauce pan with extra virgin olive oil. If i had to guess id say about a half of cup.
Let oil heat up on med low (evoo smokes when too hot)
Step3: add chopped/crushed garlic to the pan important don't let the garlic turn brown reduce heat to low and let it saute for a minute or 2.
Step 4: add water. I add about a water bottles worth in mine to give it the watert
Oily consistency. Also add a little bit of garlic salt and reg or sea salt. Keep adding until u get the nice salty garlic flavor. And stir occasionaly.
You now have ur base sauce
Step 5 boil the pasta, I use fine linguine (linguini fini) or bow ties you can also substitute whole wheat pasta.
Step 6: important once you pour your sauce over the pasta garnish with basil, crushed red pep ( for a zing) and loads of parmasian cheese.
I personally add broccoli and chicken breats to it. It's healthy and delicious. Let me know if any of u try it.

Sounds awesome! It has all of my favorite ingredients. I've handed the recipe over to my resident chef, my wife, to prepare it this week.
Haha nice, yeah definitely the best ingredients and really simple to prepare. And you can go anywhere with it like I said I add the grilled chicken and broccoli, my grandfather adds greens to his, its whatever u like
