Hi -
Work out/live in NJ.
Have pic of my arms in my profile - presently about 17".
I am 5'8, 180, 43 chest, 32 waist, 17 arms. Work out 5 x's week - went through 'trying to lose some fat' stage and now looking to bulk up again...
Working out seriously since I've been about 27.
Looking to make some friends, introduce myself and learn as much as I can.
