Snacking in the office while on the job?

ad

Im about to start myself a 9 to 5 office gig after nearly a year off of it. The prospect of it doesnt enthrill me to any degree but the pay is pretty good and will makesure the juice keeps flowing so to speak. So im wondering what everyone eats while on the job. obviously u dont wanna look like you're constantly eating through out the day and not doing any work, but also wanna keepup the cal intake. Pro shakes will be handy but are there any other suggestions? Would like to hea

I make everything the night before and tupper ware it... I make 1 cup of oats w/ cinnamon, raisins, and aspartame.(no fridge needed) I bring just 2 scoops whey powder in a shaker, I make 9 eggs 5 whole 4 whites omelette style, 4 slices of wheat toast. Put in seperate baggies or you get soggy bread. I eat that at morning break,( no fridge necessary as long as you eat it with in a couple hours outta your home fridge. I bring 1 cup greek yogurt, I bring 1 chix boob 2 servs brwn rice w/ veggies. I always have protein bars in case their isnt a lot of time, a baggie of whoe grain cereal I use Kashi and eat it dry. Natty Peanut butter sandwich on wheat It takes a few days to get the routine down, but you'll get it. I have everything prepared and dinner cooked all at once in a bout an hour. I work outside most the time, so I always bring a little cooler full of water and the stuff that needs to stay cold. Usually I have to rotate stuff in as I eat, but again it's all a routine you'll get used to. Good Luck bro, I know you'll get it. A wise man (tread-m) wrote something very simple that has really stuck w/ me... "No Eat, No Big"

love me a bitta turkey breast sandwiches too.. tho i fall down the trap of too much mayo on it. end up being overfat rather than healthy eating..

the trick is mustard bro, zero cals and it taste awesome with turkey

never knew. thanks bro will give that a go. Maybe I'll go one step further and do seeded mustard... wonder if that'll give me slightly higher protein content

I usually roll my red cooler everywhere i go to ensure i get my shit on time, i used to bring my microwave to heat up my shit a bit, but is too much troubles. I used to bring 2 cans of tuna mixed with vegetables, fruit bananas or apples, protein shake powder(50 grms), 2 protein bars, 1 medium size chicken breast on pepper lemon.
