Now that summer has finally arrived in the UK, (well, 4 days of it at least), we're all enjoying a little heat wave. Whilst it's nice not to be rained on every day, I'm finding my apetite just disappears when it's 28 degrees+ which is unusual for me, I'm a greedy git with food 
Anyone else find the same? I'm literally force feeding myself at the moment.
Any tips? My calorie count has dropped off the last few days, which 4 weeks into a cycle isn't the way to go.

Ur lucky u dont live in sunny Brisbane mate or u'd be thin as a stick. When it's hot I find it easier to drink than eat. Cant do much about the chicken and steak meals but for ur small meals in between whip out the blender, put a few ice cubes in along with rolled oats, handfull of berries, couple scoop of pro, milk/soy/water whichever suits, make urself a milkshake and down that. Much easier when no chewing is involved
Sometimes snacking on cottage cheese too
Cottage cheese is going down better than most other things at the moment mate! One of the few things I'm getting down me ok.
Getting the old blender out is definitely a plan. Chicken and brown rice smoothies here we go.....

The main thing is finding areas that are cool, a/c, fans. I understand eating in the heat can be a bitch you must continue to shove meals down ur mouth. Yea 4 weeks u need to be at 4+ cals brother. But try to stay cool before eating, mahbe jump in the shower for 30 seconds to drop body temps and feel refreshed
Cold showers - definitely the way to go bro. Just got out of the gym, 31 degrees outside :0
