My second cycle

Alright guys im in week 2 of PCT and naturally Thinkin of my next cycle and wanted to know how you guys like it..firstly stats of course 23 5'11 170 (ish)
First cycle
1-4 test prop 100mg eod
1-12 test e 500mg a week
Pct Nolva 40/40/20/20 clomid 100/100/50/50...things turned out great gained about 15 pounds. 2 of which I lost since coming off sadly :( this is what I'm planning for next go around:

1-4 dbol 40mg
1-14 EQ 600mg a week
1-16 Test E 750mg a week...standard PCT Nolva 40/40/20/20 clomid 100/100/50/50..will have adex and aromasin on hand but didn't get much gyno issues last cycle so unsure if I will need them. I will be using Kalpa Pharma D-bol, test e, nolva, and clomid, still need to pick some EQ up.
As far as diet I'll prob be using something along these lines with a few tweaks along the way.

Nutrition Program (i keep the shakes for two weeks, then then think about
substituting) -
Meal 1 - 6 whole eggs, 1 cup oatmeal (dry measure) mixed with water or you may do 2 whole wheat bagels with sugar free jelly!
Meal 2 - 2 scoops whey isolate (mixed with water), 2tbsp natural peanutbutter
Meal 3 - 8oz chicken (cooked weight), 8oz sweet potato, 1 cup of green veggies
Meal 4 - 2 scoops whey isolate (mixed with water), 2tbsp natural peanutbutter
Meal 5 - 7oz chicken (red meat or salmon the night before leg training),8oz sweet.
potato, small salad with light dressing
Meal 6 - 3 whole eggs and 1 scoop of casien

Of course multi vitamin, flaxseed, and liver aids will be taken, now with liver aid take it the whole cycle or only during the D-Bol kick start? Alright guys I think I laid it all out there let me know what you think and if you would change anything in diet or cycle.

Alright fuckers I'm not stupid I can take advice when it's given and clearly it's too big of a cycle so imma do the exact cycle I did for my first cycle and tweak the diet...so it ginna look like this

1-4 test prop 100mg Eod
1-12 test E 500mg split in two doses Monday/Thursday
12-14 test prop 100mg Eod
(would upping to 150prop and 750 test E be worth it or not really, especially at my age)

Pct consisting of Nolva 40/40/20/20 clomid 100/100/50/50
Adex .25 Eod to keep bloating down(although did not use this last cycle, is it necessary?)

I will also be critiquing the diet, I've contacted a few vets and asked for some advice..I think the best part of whole thing is I have till October to focus eating for 2 ppl basically and then hop on and grow. I guess this is why the forum is here, so we can post our stupid ideas intil someone hits you over the head with the right idea haha. mehhhhh you need more calories... I know it's a pain in the ass and frankly you prlly need more than most of the older guys with slowed metabolisms.. you're just wasting your money if you don't pound down your diet before you start a 2nd cycle.. If you do it right YOU WILL KNOW

Must have been a marathoner 5'11 150. Only 23 . To keep gains need a solid foundation. Focus on compound lifts, squat, deadlifts, benchpress, chins, dips, heavy as you can. All those eggs you will have cholesterol and blood pressure issues by 28. Listen to Vike and Sarge they know the way

You are jumping the gun here bro... TOO MUCH TOO SOON ... too many compounds too high on dosages... too much length to cycle... not enough food! At this rate you will be looking at 7/8 compound 3gram cycles for half year runs before you are 25yrs old... you say you lost some weight after PCT my question to you is WHY! the answer is you didnt gain total quality and you must have let your diet slip or lost interest with training intensity because you had NO juice inside you... this is the common donomimator to constant failure.

Start over... focus on proper training and nutrition... BE CONSISTANT WITH BOTH.

The Cycle... Test E or C @ 500mg wk split for 12 weeks.

The Kicker.. Test P @ 150mg EOD for first 4 weeks.

The Finish.. Test p @ 150mg EOD for last 2 weeks.

Enter PCT... with the plan you have laid out.

Nail the diet and training/rest as mentioned i guarentee better results than last time... get sloppy with either and you will fail without doubt... dont mean to be overly harsh here brother but these are the facts that NONE of us can get away from.

Hugely too big for anyones second cycle regardless of weight. Second cycle is still 500test e or cyp. Add either prop or oral. Maybe prop kicker oral finisher. Never that high mg.
