Adjusting diet?

ad

Ok so let me start off by saying I'm 23 5'11 floating around 175-180 unsure of body fat %. I started a "cycle" test400 January 3rd about and a month later I got my blood work done February 3rd about and came back that my test levels were low, so needless to say I believe the gear was bunk :/. Anyway I was wondering since I was on cycle I was eating around 3k calories a day, 85% clean, I have my weaknesses :/ but for the most part chicken lean meat eggs oatmeal fruits vegetables fish sweet/red patatoes as well as protein shakes/bars multi-vitamins bcaa and flax seed oil. My goals originally were to get cut up and pack on lean muscle and trim down a little body fat get my abs to really show. Right now can see they wanna be there and are but not fully exposed. Now I guess my question is even though my gear was bunk should I keep eating this way and this much or trim it down a bit to maybe less calories? I work out 3 on 1 off training different muscle group a day with atleast 20 min of cardio 4 days a week, so was figuring since was working out hard, eat big. Also planning on cycling legitn gear a little ways diwn the road so any advice would help thank you.

20 min of cardio IMO from my experience doesn't even come close to burning BF %. Your not going to pack lean muscle and trim BF when your eating "85%" clean.... That's not clean 100% is clean. Post your diet and post the 15% that you have a weakness for. Training is up to you I personally like a mentioned on another thread workout out 7 days a week one muscle group a day.

Hey man thanks keep in mind the 85% has onl been recently since found out my gear was bunk, and a cheat meal would consider a bowl do Cereal in the morning instead of oatmeal or eggs when wake up late, and a cheat meal maybe once every two weeks, nothing crazy maybe chicken cutlets for example.

Shame you received some bunk gear.
But like the guy above said, either start doing some cardio or go harder doing your cardio.
Also you should check your macros out for your diet. When I first started out I thought I was eating extemely well, but it wasn't all that great.
