we just moved into our new home a few months back. recently, we spent several thousand to fix the small upstairs bathroom.. we re-did everything, floors, tile shower, new fixtures etc. for the walls we went with a wainscoating (if you dont know what it is look it up ) it was very expensive to do, and took a couple of days to complete, but the results were spectacular!!

we finished up with it about 8pm on a thursday and were so tired, we decided not to seal the hardwood or the walls and floor till the next morning.. thursday also happens to be the day i pin... so i did what i always do, i got my kit and headed into the bathroom, laid everything out on the sink, and prepped by right quad (which was facing our unfinished wall only a couple of inches away) stick went great, injected 2.5 cc's of test/deca, then as i pulled out i thought to myself "did i asperiate??" well the answer to that question was no..

all of a sudden a stream of blood similar to a low powered super soaker shot out of my leg and all over our new and very expensive unfinished floors and wall.. then came the dizziness, apparently, the majority of that oil went into that vein or something vs in the muscle, and down i went. i cracked my head on the sink on the way down, splitting my forehead open right above my eyebrow, spilling more blood on our unfinished hardwood... the pin, which i still had in my hand, went through the webbing between by thumb and pointer finger.. our brand new bathroom looked like something out of a horror movie..

life lesson learned:

1ALWAYS ASPERIATE!!

2 blood does not come out of unsealed hardwood..

total damage: $750 +3 stiches, and a very pissed off spouse!!
