Ecto first cycle (mission? ... get huge!). What do you think of this as a cycle plan?

So im 27 years old have been training since I was 19 and have not managed to pile on any serious mass. I work out 4 times a week and get a good amount of rest with a high calorie diet yet no major changes. I am an ecto and have always been slim which i would like to change. I have been researching about steroid cycles for a while now and feel i am nearly ready to start my first cycle. Can you please tell me what you think of my plan? thanks. Stats and plan below:

Height: 5.11
Weight: 65 kg
body fat: 15%
training: 8 years

Test E or C 500 mgs for 12 weeks
Dbol 30mgs per day for first 6 weeks

PCT:
HCG for 10 days
Nolvdex 30 mgs per day for 4 weeks

Note:

-I will use milk thistle while on dbol
-I will do cardio once a week
-I will consume over 4000 cal per day

Workout plan:
8 day workout plan
day 1 , chest, bis
day 2, rest
day 3, thighs
day 4, rest
day 5, shoulders, triceps
day 6, rest
day7, back and calves.

Abs will be done three times per week.

My plan was taken from a number of sites with a few changes. I feel this will be the best plan for me although i was advised by a veteran of steroids not to stack on my first cycle. My veteran friend, who worked out with Arnold and the boys back in the day, suggested I have a dbol only cycle for 8 weeks starting at 20mg per day for the first three weeks following with 30mg for the remainder.
I was shocked when i heard this as my research tells me that dbol only cycle will not only be toxic to my liver, it will also cut off my natural supply of testosterone. Also the side effects caused by dbol such as gyno, hair loss and testicular shrinkage is a concern.
However he assures me that at this small dosage it will not occur and is merely an old wife's tale. I forgot to mention he also has a phd in medicine and i have a lot of respect for the man.
Thoughts please?

can anyone also explain why I would not be advised to stack on a first cycle? is this because my body will not be used to the steroids or do you think i was suggested as a weight increase and kick start?

it will help you learn the compounds better. learning each compound one at a time will help you learn about how they affect you in particular. if a compound causes side effect, it will be easier for you to identify the cause and treat it if necessary.

sorry for all the questions but just wanted your advise on a cycle i was told to do.
dbol only for 8 weeks with 20 mg per day for the first three weeks then 30mgs per day for five weeks. Week 9 to 18 sust and test p 500 mg per week.
I was told that at such low does the dbol will have little effect on my test levels as research shows that even at 100 mg per day levels were only reduced by 40%. The sust and test at the later weeks will allow to keeps the gains from the dbol. pct hcg for 10 days with nolva to follow.
what do you think of this? thanks

Complete and utterly wrong. You're too skinny to cycle. Go eat on solid 50 lbs and come back. Thats "brosearch" not research

Thanks for the swift replies. I workout till failure on the heaviest weights possible for me and up the weight or reps every few weeks. I used to workout like five days in a row but have since learned that my body reacts better with rest days and i am currently putting weights buy the week.
I will admit that for most of my time working out I was making big mistakes such as not eating enough, over training, isolation movements mainly, not enough rest between sets etc. This is why I have not grown much however for a while now i have corrected the problem and am noticing some gains. I am already 27 and want to be ripped in my 20's and not weight years before getting any results.
Its not like i am one of these guys that has just started working out and knows nothing, i have carried out a lot of research and have very good gym form and a good number of years behind me.

OH and i dont waste my time on my abs nor do i do any cardio except a bit of boxing on and off. I eat huge meals however i must admit that sometimes i will skip meals if im busy with work which i defo need to work on. I also need to increase my calorie and protein so i started using mega mass 4000.

So my daily meals are roughly:
9am four eggs in a blender with oatmeal, milk, peanut butter and banana.
11am rice (two cup) with 2 chicken breast and veg
2pm brown bread with beans and four eggs scrambled
6pm rice (two cups) with pork and veg and glass of milk
8pm chicken pasta with 1.5 breast and veg
11 pm cottage cheese on rye

this is what i normally try to eat in a day but as i said before i will skip meals on occasion or swap them for fast food etc such as MacDonalds etc. I understand that training and bulking is all about the kitchen and rest so im constantly working on the diet. Im in Asia at the moment and have been here for four months which has altered my sleeping pattern and what i eat. Im eating a lot of high calorie foods and meats here which im sure will benefit my diet for bulking.

And your workout needs to be lots harder.
Chest/back/calves/abs....heavy to failure
Quads/hams to failure
Bis/tris/shoulders/abs/calves....to failure
Rest day
Repeat. If you don't luft hard intense you won't grow.

this sounds good however i thought this amount of training per day will take me well over an hour of training leading to cortisol release. Also I thought muscle takes around seven days to heal and in some cases longer. not that i would ever wait longer than seven days to workout on the muscle group again.

k my diet consists of.
Breakfast- 8 egg whites, bowl of oatmeal, glass of milk, 2 pieces of wheat toast,
11 am, Snack glass of milk protein bar.
12 noon 3 lagr chicken breast's and a big salad.
1 pm Jym
2:30 PM PROTEIN SHAKE
4;00 pm 2 pounds of Tilapia, and glass of milk.
7pm snack almonds, 1 chicken breast.
9pm dinner, 3 large chicken breasts, rice, and steamed veggies.
12 midnight protein shake before bed.

I also drink 2 gallons of water a day.

That looks ok to build from... you sure you eat this amount or have you got 2 assholes lmao! if you do/can consume this amount every single day you will gain weight period! We need honesty here bro else we fail right! This diet and a 3 day w/out hitting major body parts only with weight that makes your teeth grind... NO cardio NO ab work and no little d/bells that you think are shaping you...Realise you have nothing to shape YET! if you do these things you are on the right road to growth! YOU dont need steroids until you acheive these things first and gain at least 28lb do these things succeed make me proud then come back and we deal with your first cycle... treat this first task as your first cycle and hit the kitchen and gym with the same venom as though you were running a stack ok.

Anything with fur or feather EAT THAT FUCKER if swims in the sea or smells like pussy EAT THAT FUCKER TOO.

hi thanks for the advise mate. Do you have a solid diet plan that i could follow? i feel like im eating loads but compared to some its not much. I am currently researching meal plans and was curious so see how yours would differ. thanks

hahaha i will do that. I do only compound movements and with little iso. Are you sure training for three days straight will be better than every other day.I see there are a lot of mixed views regarding rest days etc. thanks

I know you may of heard this a million times before but its all about eating mate I was was the skinniest guy in my year at school by far mate like so skinny people though I had problems skinny. soon as I started eating properly iv since grown like a weed now im a newb to AAS as well mate and looking to do my first cycle soon but what ive heard is if you cant gain muscle naturally you wont be able to maintain muscle during and after PCT. I think you should grow naturally a bit more then think about AAS in my opinion buddy. Now some appetite tips which worked for me as I know it very hard to eat alot when your skinny as you get full so quick, eat small meals at often intervals as if you try and eat a few large meals it just aint gonna happen also cutting down the cardio and upping the the weight lifting intensity increased my appetite greatly.

65k is only 143.3lbs - 12%bf = we have a hell of a lot of work to do here... bring your diet breakdown up please brother i need to know how many grams of protein you think you are taking onboard daily... this first then we tear your training routine a new ass to be a 3 day heavy compound movement only... THEN maybe we discuss a test only first cycle... dont care who your vet is we are not playing with d/bol at this stage with your lack of knowledge.
